In Case of custom-built walkie counterbalanced stacker - With rotational clamp

We equipped FX custom-built walkie counterbalanced stacker with clamp for rolled burden.
This model can clamp easily, because it has not any legs.
We can offer rotating clamp for your requirement.

In Case of custom-built FX with jib crane

We propose this machine for model change. This machine can change the model of multiple units. It is economically, because you do not need overhead crane and hoists for each units.
Maximum lifting capacity is 400kg. Lifting height is 2,450mm. The chain block can move 550mm on the arm by chain operation of chain block. The lifting of arm is available by hydraulic cylinder. The lifting is controlled fine by chopper. This control equipment puts into flickering of burden and easy setting. This model can make approach to lifting burden, because it has no legs. The minimum turning radius of this model is1295mm and you meet good result in small jobsite.

[ Walkie counterbalanced stackers ]

In case of custom-built device of removing and installing rolled burden for SHP stacker and KH lifer.

We offer two types device of removing and installing rolled burden. One is large size (maximum load capacity 1100kg) for SHP73 stacker. One is small size (maximum load capacity 500kg) for KH lifter. Please take our equipment for removing and installing rolled burden. Our equipment works for hoists and special purpose machines. Our one machine can cover several job sites. Furthermore, we consider safety and working in clean room too. For examples, baking finish, fork made stainless steel, wheel cover made stainless, inside of mast boarding made stainless and mast roller made stainless. )

Custom build of pallet truck

We offer 46 models of pallet trucks which are different load capacity, different fork length, different fork width and different fork height. If you need remodeling of our pallet trucks, we accept your requirement.

OHG Electric pallet truck made by stainless steel

Frame made by stainless steel of electric pallet truck is resistant to rust. We recommend the work at food plant, pharmacy plant, cosmetic plant and clean room.
(Tire, electrical component and parts of casting are not made by stainless steel.)

Electric pallet truck with gravimeter

Usually, pallet trucks with gravimeter are travelled by hand. However we offer electric pallet truck with gravimeter. You can increase amount of work for electric travelling and hydraulic lifting.
And tiredness of worker is reduced. The truck has an onboard meter which is extremely precise and good value. The power source of the meter and the power souse of truck is common noun. You charge only the battery of truck. You do not need to charge the battery of meter and exchange of battery.

YTP Multi-directional rolled burden truck

The truck can travel to forward, reverse, right side and left side. And the truck saves space for removing and installing in take?up motion. If the front and rear space of take-up position is not enough, multi-directional truck approaches from right or left side, and it removing and installing in take?up motion easily.

TLHP Electric truck with lifting table

It is common knowledge that the table lifer needs installation. However this table lifer can travel any job sites without installation. Moreover travelling is by electric and the power source is loaded on the truck for lifting table.
If you have any problems about no budget for plural table lifers and an obstruction of fixed table lifter, we recommend our truck with lifting table.

SHP Stacker with clamp

The burden is held by side clamp. We offer both types of electric clamp and hand clamp. Our clamp can adjust any burden. We recommend adaptable clamp for raw cotton(photo), stencil, rolled burden, oil drum and box. We offer also rotational clamp.

Custom-built Automatic guided vehicle

We install roller conveyer on Model TRT, which can travel to forward and reverse. It transfers automatically with optical communication equipment and roller conveyer of field equipment. We recommend it for labor saving in factory and warehouse and human difficult work.
Our product line-up of AGV is lifting capacity from 200kg to 1,000kg. It support the job site where is installed self‐operating door and elevator. We built automatic transport system according to your jobsite.
